Located in the heart of downtown St. Cloud, Iron Street is built for good cocktails, live music, and nights that turn into stories worth repeating. Walk in for handcrafted drinks, locally distilled spirits, and an atmosphere that feels welcoming from the moment you step through the door.

We are open six days a week. The bar opens early on Fridays and Saturdays, late on Sundays. Walk in anytime, no booking needed. Bringing eight or more? Give us a ring and we'll save you a table.

A Hundred Years on Iron Street.

1919 — The Forge

Two brothers, one hearth.

It begins on the corner of Iron Street and Fourth. Two brothers fire up a coal-fired hearth and set out to make hinges, gates, and the occasional horseshoe built to outlive the houses they hung on.

1989 — The Craft

The last shift punches out.

Steel mills close upriver. Demand thins. The doors lock on a Tuesday in October. The brick stands quiet for thirty years but the bones, the floor, and the chimney stay exactly where they were laid.

2019 — Copper Returns

A new fire. The same room.

A copper column still arrives by truck and is rolled across the same brick floor the brothers stood on. First mash on August 14th. The hearth is back, just made of copper this time.

2022 — Doors Open

Welcome. We’re glad you’re here.

The tasting room opens its doors. Events, weddings, gatherings the old forge becomes a place where people come together again. Forty seats, four flights, and a bartender who knows your name.

2026 — Today

Six & counting.

A full collection, engineered. Six handcrafted spirits, six distillers, two coopers, and a cat named Rivet. The street is still here, the hearth is still warm, and the next century is already in barrel.
