Craft Cocktails
The Book of Recipes
Every good spirit deserves a great story. This is where they come to life.
The Iron Street Book of Recipes is a living collection of cocktails built around our spirits. Some are classic. Some are original. All are worth making.
Whether you are a home bartender working through a bottle of our whiskey or looking for something new to bring to the table, this is where you start.
Good luck recreating these exactly. The likelihood that you'll shake it the way I shake it or stir it the way I stir it is pretty low, and that's fine. Try it. Bring it back and tell me what went wrong. Maybe you'll discover something I haven't yet.
That's the whole point.
Questions
About the craft.
Where do you source your grain?
We work with four family farms within 80 miles of the distillery, milling heirloom corn, rye, and barley the morning of mash-in.
What does "small batch" actually mean here?
Every batch we bottle is under 600 bottles. Most are closer to 300. Hand-labeled, hand-numbered, signed by the distiller.
Do you offer distillery tours?
Yes. Saturday tours at 1PM and 3PM, Sundays at 2PM. Reservations required through our Visit page.
Where can I buy your spirits?
Directly at our tasting room, online in MN/WI/ND, and at select retailers across the upper midwest.
